I’ve used this in Asia, the UK and Europe. It worked perfectly in all 3 continents. There is one plug socket and 4 USB ports (x2 for USB C cables) - though I don’t recommend plugging in several things at once.Seems generally safe to use. I leave my Apple Watch charging overnight, and there’s been no overheating, even when left for 8 hours. I wouldn’t say it’s very compact, but this isn’t a problem because if it was compact then you wouldn’t be able to fit as many devices in. Too big to fit in my handbag but did fit nicely in my cabin case. I would definitely recommend.

Got these to replace our old universal travel charges and they are perfect, well built and feel a lot sturdier than our previous ones. Work in all countries and have loads of different ports, usb, usb c etc highly recommend

Incredibly useful, especially when combined with a small extension. But the unit itself if great value for money and is compact enough to throw into your carry on luggage and gives you access to a plug socket as well as usb ports for charging phones etc. very easy to use

In readiness for an imminent overseas trip, I had to admit that our 20th-century travel adaptors had seen much better days. When I saw The ElectroEdge Universal Travel Adaptor, it seemed just what I was looking for.I am extremely pleased with this upgrade, the 2 type C and 2 type USB A ports also save on taking yet another plug on our trip.Each country’s plug type is put in place effortlessly with sliders on the side of the unit. It also has a shaver plug option, which is something my archaic version did not have, so my husband is very pleased.We have not yet left our shores to try any of the continental plugs, but I thought I needed to try before we fly. As it also has a UK plug, I tried charging my phone using one of the USB ports. It worked just as effectively as any other conventional charging plug.The charger itself seems to be plastic and appears robust. The sliders seem sturdy and do not protrude too far from the unit. Hopefully, this will prevent any damage to them, which would then limit the charger's use.Instructions were included in the basic outer packaging.I cannot find anything that I dislike about it,Would I recommend it? Yes. As previously mentioned, I have not yet used any of the continental options. I cannot give 5 stars, but I would rate this charger as a very solid 4 stars.
