Kett Hydro Foundation - R3 - Light/medium Ruby based shade - 35ml by Kett

I first tried this foundation when it was used on me for a wedding. I was really impressed by how natural this foundation was and the best part I didn't need the airbrush machine to use it. The makeup artist applied it with a stippling brush and it gave me the most natural look. For more coverage you can definitely build up on it. Overall I think the foundation is great.

This is by far the best airbrush makeup I have ever used as a professional makeup artist and I’ve tried them all. I work on brides and with this airbrush makeup I know that my brides will never ever have to worry about makeup rubbing off, crying off, or even sweat off.

I do not recommend this for anything besides airbrushing. It seperates and just sits in your pores. I used a wet sponge, dry sponge, and finger application, and each time was the same result. I was so looking forward to this because of the fair olive shade!!

I have super oily skin so I only use gel based moisturizers and a primer before applying this with a brush (I've used a stipple, flat kabuki and fluffy round so whatever floats your boat). It's super light and buildable that way and doesn't clog my pores. Obviously it must be set using a face powder but until my adult acne finishes clearing up, I will continue to use this to hide the blemishes. It's another reason I chose this particular foundation - while my skin heals, this won't cause any irritation and can still provide a good full coverage without being heavy or cakey. If you sweat super bad it WILL run!

It was slightly darker than I expected. Will work for summer will need to find something for winter months.

Little darker than I hoped, but great product. Great quality product that lasts all day without any issues. Great coverage and easy to blend with my other shades.

I'm so disappointed, I've been using airbrush makeup for a little over a year now and I started out using Temptu (s/b) but wanted to see if I could find a lighter formula that wasn't so heavy. I decided to try Kett after hearing good things about the brand, also I was able to find "adjusters" (white, yellow, red, blue & black in hydroproof) so I could mix my perfect shade. As I was mixing the adjusters I noticed the foundation had a strong rubbing alcohol smell to it once I discovered that I was really surprised because I thought the hydroproof line was water or silicone based but now I'm thinking its alcohol based. This was also really surprising/frustrating because I know Temptu makes a alcohol based line as well but it's STRICTLY for body use only and NOT to be used on the FACE. I thought I'd try it at least once to see how it turned out and it looked horrible! Any serums or creams I'd put on under the foundation started pilling right away & I was forced to remove it and go back to Temptu. I know I checked Kett's website for ingredients but they weren't listed for the adjusters so I had no idea about the alcohol base. Now I'm stuck with a $20 bottle of unusable foundation :'-(.

Love this foundation and I hate make-up! This goes on smooth and very watery like then dries to a matte flawless coverage. Feels light all day!
