Helly Hansen Men's HH Lifa Merino Basleayer

I use the Lifa long johns for most of the Winter season and have tried HH pure Merino (without Lifa). The Merino only garmets are slightly itchy. This Merino on top of Lifa is perfect. Perfect wxcept for situations of high physical activity when even Lifa couldn't wick the sweat away fast enough. Years ago, before discovering Lifa, I have used long johns from high street sources but sweat just used to linger on ones body. Not only discomfort but it rapidly chills the body.

I bought size L and the fit is spot on. The material is really comfy against the skin and the merino wool is not at all itchy. The build quality is what you would expect from a premium brand like Helly Hansen - all in all a first rate base layer

Top Long-Johns! Comfortable and warm in -31C Canada ? What else do you want? OK, I got them on a deal and would probably have blanched at the list price, but it was a 6 or 7C UK when I bought them. These are the business.

Very comfortable fit, whilst still being a skin-tight underlayer. Very high quality product, perfect underneath riding jeans for autumn/ winter.
