I used this for pop up shops as to display my items, and the screws are MINIATURE, dainty, and don’t hold anything together. This WILL fall apart the first day of use. I had to super glue it together for it to stay together.

Our pastries look beautiful in this case. Plenty of space, nice sturdy trays and it looks nice on the counter.

Why in the world would they think screws the size of tic tacs would work? This case took longer than necessary to put together because of the choice in hardware and the lack of clear instructions. After all that hard work the case is unstable and unsecure. I had to use it for an event, and I was terrified transporting to and from the location. Too late to return but I bought some clear Gorilla glue to adhere all the sides.

The size was perfect and it was packaged very well but it was missing half the screws and it fell apart after the first use. It was missing the screws for the door hinges so I ended up just buying those because I needed it for an event. At the event the sides almost completely detached, it seemed like half of the predrilled holes for the screws were too big so nothing was actually screwed together.

They were very sincere in their apology making everything right. I can honestly say that I will give this company a second chance, they seem genuinely sincere in their efforts. As a small business owner I appreciate good customer service. Scratched marks on side panels and broken/splits around the area of screw and nut placement. Cloudy-Plexy material is not appealing.

Received and it was damaged but the damage was only cosmetic and didnt mess up the function of it. I really needed it for that weekend or else I would have sent it back. Also if you do not have it exactly flush with a table the doors will not close but some of these cost a lot of money and for the price I am somewhat satisfied with the product. For vendor events this will work perfectly.
