Sharper Image Musical Portable 37-Key Digital Roll Up Electronic Keyboard White

I purchased this keyboard as a gift to my son. He loves it because it is easy to carry and handle. He rolls it up and plays music as well as unrolls it and plays with the keys. He loves the music and when he doesn't want to play his own, or wants to add to a song, there are programmed songs he can choose to listen to or play along with. He would highly recommend this keyboard. I am tone deaf, however my son indicates it is similar to a real keyboard and he loves it.

I received this item as a gift. As a music teacher on a cart, I appreciated its portability. Yes, the keys may be a bit sensitive, however, it works well for serving as a pitch reference. I purchased one for my nephew as a birthday gift because he enjoyed playing it so much. The keyboard is programmed with different synthesizer sounds, which you can readily change.

Fun product. It works really well with individual notes, and even two notes at at time, but if you try 3 or more notes at a time, you may get some really odd sounds. Overall, I think it's a fun product for kids and could even be used for a while for children who are just learning the piano, but whose parents are waiting so see if it's worthwhile to buy a nicer piano/digital piano yet. (You could definitely make it through Book 1 of just about any kid oriented piano method.) Just don't expect to be able to play Mozart on it. And the keys actually feel fairly realistic, which surprised me.

This was cool... But totally broke on day 2 on owning it. Lots of clicking and random notes. Most keys do not work.
