I thought I would give this a try since the Koehler I got from Costco broke twice and the exact same issue. I paid about 90$ for the other one and last no more than 3 months before getting stuck in clean mode. This product look good on my shower, has incredibly powerful settings and the price is great! Couldn’t be happier. The one downfall is it does feel a little short and you can’t really adjust the main had but everything else makes this a solid purchase and 5 star worthy. I will be buying another one for our 2nd bathroom 😊

I can't rave about this shower head enough!I've been apartment living for far too long and the standard shower heads in most units lack coverage and water pressure, so I always install a custom shower head for a better experience. Despite all my research and the years of thinking there just wasn't 'better' out there, I cautiously purchased this one to compare to the Moen showerhead I already own and Moen can't even compete.There are so many pros: water pressure is top notch, spray coverage is wide enough to keep your whole body comfortable in the shower, fantastic design that is aesthetically pleasing, multiple spray options that all maintain water pressure.Now for downsides: I saw that others mention the center piece not being the easiest to remove, but I am not encountering the same difficulties. I just grab it at the base and lift it up while angling it slightly towards me. The only other thing I would mention is that some of the nozzles make noise while water passes through them occasionally; a faint squeak that almost sounds like a kitten. I was hoping this would eventually stop, but it hasn't. It's not enough to make me consider taking action though. If that's my only complaint, then I consider it a win!

This is the biggest p.o.s. this is not a 5 star review, i am hoping to catch other's before they purchase the showerhead.1st, it it All Plastic, there is No Metal in this showerhead kit, most producer's at least use a metal valve, and the attachment fitting is also plastic(where it screws onto your shower pipe).also there is No Off setting anywhere. to stop the water for soaping up. The hose was leaking (from under the outer covering) out of the box. And all 3 of the connections leak. I would Not Recommend this shower head. It did come on time. cj

Works well, comes with everything you need to install. My only complaint is that the hose for the wand is a bit short making it difficult to use on the dogs.

I wanted a shower head that provides versatility of using the wand or the entire shower head.At first I installed without the regulator for limiting the GPM's. The water pressure was amazing.....since I have a septic system, I am concerned about how much water is used, so I added the regulator and it changed the pressure significantly. It is still good and I will accept it.The look is great and easy functionality.

Easy to install and a really nice upgrade from a standard showerhead. I moved into an apartment and knew that one of the ways I was going to take care of myself was to upgrade a few things including the shower head. This fit the bill and after installing it (which only took a few minutes with a wrench), and setting it up to the way I wanted it by adjusting both the split features between the head and the handheld part I got what I needed. I appreciated that they included plumbers tape (that thin white tape) which is needed anytime you are changing out a fixture. This meant 1 less trip to the hardware store. Haven't had any issues with leaking. Getting the handheld out of the "Bat wings" is easy enough as is getting it to click back in. Totally worth the money if you are upgrading.

The water pressure is wowser! Our regular shower pressure was good, but with this I flew up against the wall. Mr. Fix-it tried to adjust because I’m too short. The water beat me up 😂🤣 he’s going to get a nozzle or something because the water literally pounded me. Our hanging rack is too small with this new shower head, the hose is in the way of the top shelf.

Love it! Removing the shower head is easy and the different settings feels so good on my skin! I highly recommend!
