I would give this a 5 except for the fact that it slips off my finger pretty easily. It still serves it's purpose of keeping my finger straight and doesn't allow it to bend. It's actually nice that you can easily slip it off to wash your hands.

Granddaughter cut the top of her knuckle and needed this to keep from hitting it and bending it until it heals. It worked perfectly

Great for the finger locking but I think I got a reaction from it. My finger itches so much. Probably recommend to wash it really well
