I was fortunate to attend the first TPM Summit last year and meet the world's top-notch technical program managers and leaders, such as Priyanka Shinde.This book is a masterpiece in Technical Program Management. It provides several key aspects for becoming a great Technical Program Manager. Every page is worth reading twice and many times to master the skills of this beautiful role in the industry.Additionally, it is very pragmatic and strict to the point that you can immediately practice in the real world.At the beginning of the book, her story fascinated me, and I can totally relate to that. I was inspired so much by reading this book, and I am already following her every step of the way to learn more.I highly encourage anyone who wants to become a TPM or who wants to succeed and grow as a TPM and a leader.
