These tiles are flimsy plastic and simply not strong enough for purpose. I laid them over a flat patio simply to hide what were quite ugly paving slabs but several of the plastic tiles split on the first time we used it. It seems like they can't withstand the weight of a patio chair with someone sat in (and, before you jump to any conclusions, I only weight 12 stone!) and certainly wouldn't have lasted long term.I had to package them all back up again and return for a refund - the only plus - the Amazon collection and refund service was excellent!

They broke down just by standing on them during assembling.
