Couple of pieces missing I call Amazon and left message for seller. I got the missing pieces next day. Perfect perfect for big event. Very good quality and it said looks very nice on table. Thank you.

THE GOOD: These are very classy once assembled ... they no doubt helped make our first event classier!THE BAD: They're not Superman steel but a decent medium density, food-grade stainless.THE UGLY: The blue plastic encompassing the trays will drive you mad trying to remove it all (especially near built-in screws). This needs to improve. Otherwise, they assemble quickly and easily.

Product worked well doing my catering event... so much so, I ordered another 4 pack of the round chafing dishes!

First off I only received 1 of the 4 chafing dishes. Then I didn't recieve all of the pieces to assemble the one I did recieve. Let's not forget the product was flimsy, bent in the corners, the handles feel like they are going to break right off. Poorly built, missing pieces to assemble, appearance is cheap, missing most the product. Do not buy.

These are cheap chafing dishes. I don't believe they're stainless steel. I guess you get what you pay for.

My husband and I put them together for our wedding no problem. They looked fabulous and did their job. Very high quality.

Product works as advertised and cleans up easily. It is constructed of a medium grade stainless steel, a little thinner material than I had hoped for and does not include the holder for the chafing fuel cans.
