My little one is loving trying all of these out, great fun for indoors or outdoors!

The Skillmatics flashcards come in two sets, this one 'Spot and Learn' and 'Jump and Learn'. Both sets are well presented in a proper tin, the cards themselves are quite thick and have a vinyl coating on them. Also, they are nice and big for little hands (approx 5" or 130mm).The age range 2 to 5 seems to me quite wide for what is expected from the younger children, however, an able 2 yr old will rote count to 10, but might not recognise a group that makes up 3. These cards can help with building those concepts.The spot and learn topics focus on colour, basic shapes, letters and numbers. I can see this as a great game for engaging older siblings with their younger ones, and they may even work in a reception classroom as a play activity.The alphabet cards for me are a bit busy, but able children who have a strong vocabulary and concepts based will enjoy the game.For the price, definitely worth having in your home, day care centre, reception or play group for giving children a little more formal language activities in a fun way. Overall a good 4 from me.

So many different activities and games to play with these whilst learning colours, letters and numbers. My son’s favourite is finding colours from around the house and placing the item on the relevant colour card. I also call out the colours and he jumps or hops onto them. Excellent cards that can be used for years!

My 3 year old has speech problems. So we have 'talking time' each day and pull out these cards ( I let him pick one at a time) and we go through them. It's been working a treat! Happy customer

Nice little tin with the cards. Great to practice letters and things that begin with that letter.

The media could not be loaded. Flashcards are top of my list as visual teaching aids for toddlers as they help to introduce new words, colours, shapes, animals, numbers, early maths, memory... the aims are endless. You can be creative as you like and even make up your own games.These Skillmatics Spot & Learn vibrant picture flashcards are round and double sided. They're also marvellous because they're sturdy, toddler-proof - in that they're rip resistant and wipeable and come with a lovely storage tin.A top quality toy at a small price worth paying.

This arrived in a small tin which contains a number of brightly coloured cards with images and challenges. The double sided cards cover:- numbers- colours- shapes- lettersThe cards have challenges like spot this many things which start with a specific letter which is a unique feature and makes the cards more interesting.This is unique and is portable so ideal for travelling. We have began this with some of the simpler tasks on the cards and my little one enjoys the game.Great game and easy to store.
