Easy to use and quick to numb affected body part if you can reach it. When getting ready to use frozen cup, run warm water on the bottom part to remove the bottom portion of the cup from the ice. The smaller part is the holder. Use a towel to absorb melting water.

I have bad tennis elbow. Ths is great to freeze and rub on it.

Amazing for knee pain shoulder any other joint inflammation using mine for rotator cuff surgery feels great...only complaint is price. you know these are dirt cheap to manufacture should get two for this price.

Would buy again. This is so great for my sons sprained ankle. Simple design - works perfectly.

My athletic son made me a believer. Such a simple device but such a significant pain reliever!

1. Put both cups together, the “round” part on the bottom, the “spike” part on top.2. Fill with water (just pass the “spikes”). It’s important the water is above the spikes.3. Freeze.4. Wet the bottom “round” cup with running water until it comes off. The top “spike” part should hold the ice.I hope this helps!

It’s good not great. It was super easy to use however kind of hard to fully freeze the whole thing. I would fill it up to the top and by the time everything has frozen there was less than what I put in. It was easy to use though.
