Got the mini PC set up and the Ethernet port doesn't work. There is no help on website and their 24/7 chat support has no one to help.

Great little machine, great support
I got this to replace my wife's older tower, which took up way too much space. This one is now attached to the back of a new 27" UHD monitor. It takes no additional space and drives 4K video very well. The machine is tiny. In comparison to others this size that I own it has a number of advantages. The RAM is standard socked SODIM, the SSD is standard replaceable M2. Most machines have soldered in RAM and eMMC drive. This machine is repairable and upgradable. The N100 processor isn't a super fast processor, but its plenty snappy for every day tasks. The power consumption is really low. I measured about one watt in standby, 6 watts or so idle, and about 12 watts playing HD video. I love that it has 2 GbE ports. It will have a very long life as an edge router or small server once it's past its desktop life.I almost gave this a bad review. When I received the machine it started up fine. Windows updated as expected, then many things stopped working and there were multiple blue screen crashes. I contacted their support, if you google Bosgame their web site has full contact information. They pointed me to the driver download page. It seems Windows installed older corrupt drivers during the updates. I installed the set from the website and the machine works perfectly. Having a complete download support page is a huge plus. Their support team responded to my email within an hour! In my experience this is unheard of with this type of machine. If you have or get one of these I recommend installing the drivers from the Bosgame web site before it updates. The newer drivers will stick, they have later release dates. If you have issues, especially with WiFi or the SSD, install the drivers. These issues are not the fault of Bosgate, the drivers in the original image are fine, but not as good as the new ones. All in all this is a terrific example of machines in this class. Its perfect for everyday tasks, probably but not for gaming. There is actual, great support.

Surprisingly speedy little PC with no bloatware
Didn't know what to expect, but for normal daily tasks, works very well. Ran Bitwarden free on the system, didn't find any hazards. Seems like a nice little system, and bonus points, no bloatware!

Capable system for the money
The BOSGAME E1 Mini PC packs a very capable system in a tiny package. The system comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. The included NVMe 1.4 drive is PCIe Gen 3x4 with specifications of Read: 3500MB/s and Write: 3100MB/s. The specifications are very close to reality numbers as I was finding something like 3450MB/s and 3100MB/s. The SSD controller is a Maxio MAP1202A with some no name NAND labeled NG07TAA1442256G. The SSD is identical to those sold as XrayDisk 512GB Pro or the DM E9. The included 16GB of memory is a single DDR4 16GB 3200 from GOFATOO (who comes up with these Chinese brands???) with Micron chips. The fan on the CPU is quiet but keeps the temperatures reasonable by pushing air across the heat sync fins through the back of the unit. With the fan running, you can only hear the system if you are right next to the system, otherwise the system is silent.Included in the box is a user guide, AC adapter, HDMI cable, and mounting bracket. The mounting bracket has two screw holes which attach to the PC and then four holes which are either two holes for VESA 75 or two holes for VESA 100.

Worthless doesn’t even measure how bad it is
This is a review for E1 Mini PC Windows 11 Pro [2.5G Dual LAN], 16GB DDR4 512GB SSD Intel 12th Gen N100 (up to 3.4GHz), Mini Desktop Computer Supports WiFi6, BT5.2, USB3.2 and 4K@60Hz Triple Display.I unboxed this did the setup and installed one application. I attempted to attach an external hard drive for the data the application needed, and it constantly would drop the connection to the application. I only need to run ONE application and only one and it couldn’t do that. I have used a few of these miniPC but this is by far the worst one I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to use.The thing looks good but that is as far as the good goes. It fails to load even the most basic of images that are high definition. I used a known GPU benchmarking software that starts with F and it crashed within 20 seconds of starting the benchmark. I tried to play a game with very low requirements of the video system, and it pixelated very badly, was so jitty, there was zero enjoyment to be had.I won’t even waste the money to upgrade the SSD on this one. It, at best, makes for a good book end or you may be able to figure a way to hold a door open but much beyond that or just playing solitaire, I can’t see a viable use for it.

Nice little media PC
Got this to be a media player for my TV.Setup was quick and easy. You can hear the fan a little bit if you are just using it as a PC, but it is not bad. As soon as you start playing any media it totally overrides it thoughAesthetic. It is quite nice. Great form factor good selection of ports. Two LAN ports is nice.I couple this with a small media keyboard and it works just great with it.Have only been using it for a couple of days but so far I am quite happy with it.The price, without the coupon, is too high. As long as the coupon remains, then it is probably worth it. For my use case it actually may be a little overkill, but it does perform the job nicely. and just works straight out of the box.

Constant Blue Screens
The windows it came with had multiple BSODs. Installed Ubuntu and constant kernel panic. System is not stable. Not certain what component it is but sending it back,

SSD was not installed correctly.
The SSD was not installed correctly (those gold fingers on the left are supposed to be in the socket below) and it would have been impossible for the machine to work in the state it was sent to me.Luckily I was planning to replace the drive with a larger one anyway.Machine works great other than that.

BOSGAME E1 / N100 Mini PC
This minipc is very stable and quiet. I have not had it crash on me once since using it. This comes with Windows 11 Pro, 16GB of DDR4 memory (in one slot) and 512GB SSD. It supports WiFi6 and can display 4K at 60Hz.There with 4 USB-A ports (2 in the front and 2 in the back), 1 USB-C Port, 2 HDMI ports, a headphone jack, and two Ethernet ports. Power is supplied through the included DC-IN power adapter. You can also provide power via the USB-C port. Note that if you're powered on through one port already, you cannot switch to another on the fly. The system will shut off. There is also a colorful brand logo led that lights up and changes color when the PC is on.The speed when connecting to the internet via the Ethernet port was comparable to what my main PC gets. I was able to connect via WiFi6 and the speed was about the same as my Wifi6 phone. Connecting my mouse and keyboard through the USB ports and also through bluetooth worked perfectly. Connecting to my 4K monitor also works well. It does display in 4K. The picture is crisp and clear.Website browsing was good. The pages loaded up quickly and scrolling through the websites that I usually go to was smooth. This MiniPC is able to handle watching 4K videos with no issues.I am not a gamer, but I did try a couple free games. It did not handle them on high quality very well. They were choppy. At medium settings, they were playable.Overall, this is a great MiniPC.
