I use 1 Liquiv IV after every long workout I do (2-3 times a week) and I absolutely love them!! I feel recovered faster and have noticed that I’m less sore and less prone to muscle strains. I tend to dilute the packets into about 50ml of water (two large water bottles) to get more water in my system, but that’s just personal preference. I also love that these have 0 sugar! Great value for money and leaves me hydrated

Tried this at the recommendation of a friend and it is really good. This is the only flavor I purchased but I will buy more. Perfectly light, refreshing and hydrating for the golf course on our hot, humid Texas days.

The product taste good. I was suppose to get it by 8am but then they running late then i was suppose to get it by 11am and it is now 2:38 and i still didn't receive it .

Tastes very good, mixes/dissolves quickly. I found that using 1/2 packet per 16.9 oz bottle of water was sufficient, using a whole paclet made the water taste overly sweet to me. Using a larger bottle of 24oz or more with a whole packet kept the flavor in balance well.The only thing keeping from a 5 star is the expensive price and the number of packets in a package. Costco does carry this brand in different flavors, 3x the amount of packets for a slightly higher price.The sugar-free options need to expand their flavors beyond raspberry-everything and lemon lime or sour flavors in general.

Just now tried this product, it was a little sweet tasting but had a good flavor to it. It was recommended to me as a way to hydrate if enough water is not consumed each day. I'm anxious to see how effective it is on a daily basis.

I love the liquid IV to help change my water consumption level up. I didn’t realize how much sugar they have per pack so, I tried the sugar free. It was just as tasty, but without the sugar. Hopefully they come out with new flavors.

Sometimes I order the multi flavor packs but the Lemon Lime is my all time favorite. I have outdoor activities all summer long here in Florida and Liquid IV is a life saver. Highly recommended

Perfect for summer when plain water just won't cut it. Definitely feels rehydrated without the sticky sweetness of Gatorade or the sour punch of Prime.
