Start with the smart packaging. Each module comes in a box that can go through just about any door. The cushions are packed inside the base to conserve shipping volume. Upholstered pieces are protected in fabric bags. We didn’t know how firm or soft it would sit, so ordered the armless chair first. They are a good medium firmness, perfect for us!It came fast and was well made and good looking, so we ordered the L-shaped sofa. That unit comes in five boxes, each about 18” tall. It took less than an hour for unboxing and assembly.The ottoman that makes the L-shape is not attached, so depending on the gathering you can pull it out a use it for seating easily reconfiguring to a conversation group. You could even pull the three sections of the sofa apart for spreading out, but we chose to use the included connectors to hold the couch together as a unit. It naps really nice that way. Oh, and the ottoman has storage under the cushion deck! Love this set so much!You can see from the picture how our small living room benefits from the unified look. Should have done this years ago!

The media could not be loaded. I spent a month trying to find the right furniture for my small space. Mission accomplished! I love the color, options for arrangements, very easy to assemble. Comfy and sturdy. Great quality! The order was delivered earlier than expected. I started recieving within 2 days. I have a child and a pet, already had a foot print and it was easy to wipe clean, huge plus! The storage space in the ottoman is spacious, easy to open and close. You could fit small spaces or add more pieces for larger spaces also. Overall, very happy with this purchase!I did wish the couches were a bit deeper and higher off the ground. I am short so it works for me. If you are taller, it may not feel deep enough to sit back comfortably and may be too low to the ground. I'm sure you could purchase longer legs for couches if needed. The only other thing I would give heads up for, is the pieces were delivered over 2 days. The order on the Amazon app showed it was all delivered same day, but the second half of my order, showed up the next day. That was a bit scary cause I thought someone walked off with part of my order. Upside, the company responded to me quickly and assured me the rest would show up separately. I did recieve everything!

We purchased this to use in the main TV room for a second house/rental and it’s a great value for the price.The seat cushions are very firm, which hopefully means they’ll hold up well for a long time, the fabric is like a performance canvas material and soft yet durable (read a few comments about it being scratchy but we haven’t found that at all, but it is not meant to be a super soft plush material), and the gray color is lovely (specifically chose that to help hide any stains as it’s a rental).The only small critique is the back cushions are a little thin but we haven’t noticed this affect comfort at all and we don’t feel the backrest through the cushions when sitting back. The height of the backrest is low which is exactly consistent with the more modern style sectionals, so if you’re looking for a tall back to rest your head against this is not the couch for you. I also like that the individual cushion covers are washable, which we haven’t tested out yet. The storage space in the ottoman is also huge which is a handy feature.The individual sectional pieces came very efficiently packaged and was easy for me (smaller mid-30s woman) to assemble by myself over an hour to two (we also purchased the loveseat).Customer service was extremely responsive for one question I had for them.Overall for the price paid this is a very good value and comfortable and functional couch.We have a C&B sectional for our main house which is definitely a higher quality however we paid over double the price for it so I am extremely happy with this item at this price point and anticipate many, many years of movie nights on these couches.

This couch is awesome! Amazed I got this off Amazon and well worth the price imo!! Wanted to get a cheaper couch than shopping at something like a Raymour but still have comfort and style to it… I am not disappointed by this sofa!! It fits perfectly in my room and I may even buy a second since I’m so happy with this.Comfortable - feels like a medium firmness but enough “squish” to still sink in a little and feel cozy on it.Depth - not as deep as I was expecting but still very comfortable. The depth is good for sitting/entertainment/socializing, but could be deeper if you’re looking to use it as more of a lounge/cuddle type useHeight - it’s a modular sofa, so expect it to sit a bit lower to the ground compared to other types (this is typical for modular styles). It sits at the perfect height below my windowsill and still feels tall enough where I don’t feel like I’m sitting on the ground like some couches.Assembly - super easy to assemble!! It has guide rails on the side and back that attach the arm and back rests. Also comes with screw on feet and connector pieces to connect each component of the sofa if you wish to add it…Mobility - it comes with the extra connector pieces to prevent sliding around on the floor BUT I didn’t even need to use them since the weight of the sofa + attachable feet were very anti-slip and did not slide around on hardwood or carpet like most other multi-piece couches (very happy about this). Also nice to know that this can easily be transported if we ever decide to move.Shipping - shipping came in TWO SEPARATE deliveries on different days. My tracked shipping only tracked the first day’s shipment. BE AWARE that it will come in multiple boxes in multiple shipments… so give it a few days if you haven’t received all your components when Amazon tells you it’s been “delivered”.Future purchases - if you are unsure of a style you want, keep in mind that you can always go to their website “chitaliving.com” and purchase additional components separately if you decide you want to add on (e.g., ottoman, another middle seat, etc.).Overall very happy with my purchase (may even be buying a second one) and would highly recommend!
