The media could not be loaded.  Nice big couch, great bargain for the money. Seat cushions are comfortable, but the back cushions are a little flat. It does not come with an ottoman, but luckily we had one to fit perfectly within the middle cushions which makes the couch like a huge bed that a family of four could kick back and watch a movie in. It's very easy to assemble. Just screw in the legs on the three main sections. Then the section snap together. Then fasten the 3 backrests, one per section. You do have to take the the vacuum sealed cushions out of the box 48 to 72 hours before use. Cut the bag open and let them sit and absorb air for about 2 to 3 days, which is standard for any memory foam furniture. All In all, pretty comfortable and looks beautiful .

The couch is easy to build and came in within 4 days. The seat cushions are a bit sturdy but still soft. The back cushions on the other hand have no fluff to them. I'm probably going to look into buying extra stuffing for them. The couch does look very nice though

It’s a nice size sofa and the seats are pretty comfortable easy to install but the back cushions do not inflate, papers say will inflate in 72 hours but this is not true they do not inflate they stay very very thin and it’s very uncomfortable had to get some additional ones to make up for it.

I’m so happy with the choice I made when it came to purchasing these couches .. I mean everything about it to me putting it together in about 45 minutes, the comfort of the pillows, cushions & structure of the couch … only thing I will be adding is more Polly fill to fill the back pillows just for a little bit more support but that’s a super easy fix so overall I’ll still give these couches an easy 5stars…the legs are sturdy… so I would definitely say yes to whoever thinking about purchasing these it’s worth it … !!!

The pictures and reviews looked nice but in person, sofa looked cheap. It looked like it had a yellow tint to it, not cream or white. The yellow stood out. The pillow on the back move around easy and don’t fit comfortably in the sofa. You can see the black lining on the back of the sofa from the front since the pillows aren’t plush. Super cheaply made. Not for living room comfort. Maybe for a child room or play room. Returned

Hands down best couch for the price. Perfect size for my family of 3. Comfortable and nice look. Give the back cushions sone good whacks and maybe add some batting or fluff (probably <$25 at Walmart) if you want fuller cushions but yeah I'm impressed.

PROS: easy to put togetherCONS: not very comfy. You need lots of extra pillows. It is just me, no kids jumping around, and the cushions do not stay in place at all. The Velcro mine as well not be there. I can’t get through one movie without having to get up and pull the cushions back in place. I wish I would have just spent a little more for a decent couch.My suggestion, Amazon is great for a lot of things but don’t buy a couch off of it. Go get a decent one or you will be frustrated with this s try day!!!

I got this couch about a month ago and so far I actually throughly enjoy it. For the price of this C sectional, it’s actually pretty comfortable. The back pillows are a bit thin and it’s a on the lower side to the ground, but other than that I like it. However there came with a welding problem when trying to screw in the metal back support for the couch. The screw couldn’t fit into the hole because there was a metal bead that was welded on. This was only on one screw thought so I just left it.The couch is pretty easy to assemble, the only difficult part was aligning the screws between the metal back supports and the actual couch. It did come on different days in different packages but the whole couch arrived within 3 days of each other.
