This is similar to the ab roller that we have at the gym. My son is into anything to strengthen and enhance his abs. This helps by toning the muscles and building them up. Its easy to assemble, and easy to use. Its made thick and durable and very sturdy. Its affordable and makes a great addition to our home gym. Great value for the money.

Okay, so I purchased the ab wheel because I closed my gym membership and started working out at home. I made a small home gym and have purchased equipment that will be both amazing for a workout but also space-friendly. To be honest, I saw videos of people using the ab wheel and it seemed to easy, but HOLY CRAP! it is extremely difficult, especially for me, since I am not as strong in my core or my arms. --- With all of that, it was a great purchase. I have yet to master it but I have been using it every day and have gotten better and better. Works out my arms and core, and even though I have yet not master this piece, I feel my muscles burning. Really awesome and highly recommend it.As for the produce itself: great quality, easy to assemble and just as shown on the pictures. No complains at all.

I think I remember the reason I got this over other ones, was because reviews said the knee pad was really good. It is thick like a thick yoga mat, which is nice, but I really wish it was bigger. I'm a smol person lol, I'm only 5', but I still feel like I have to squash my knees together to get them to be both comfortably on the pad. If I put my knees just shoulder width apart (which imo would be the proper way to have them when exercising with something like this), then they would wind up off the pad. I'm also not quite sure yet if I have figured out how to use this roller properly. Videos online always say you should feel the burn in your abs when using it, but I don't feel anything, so I'm not sure if using it is really doing anything for me? But I haven't used it that much yet, so we'll see. Otherwise, assembly was super super easy, and the roller rolls just fine, and it doesn't make noise when used either which is nice. I also really like the push up bar/handle things that come with this as well, and have actually used those a lot more than the roller.

This Power Guidance AB roller is nicely made for the price. It has a rigid plastic wheel that is approximately 7" in diameter and 2" wide with a V-grooved rubber tread. The one piece axle and handle is made of steel and is about 12" long overall and about 3/4" diameter with plastic end plugs. The side handle grips are comfortable with foam padding and are each about 5" long. The wheel rolls easily forward and back and the rubber tread is slightly crowned [tapered at the edges] to more easily roll for left and right turns. The AB wheel also included a good quality 5/8" thick foam knee pad that measures approximately 12" L X 8" W. The AB roller seems very decent overall and is holding up to my regular use.

As a bodybuilder, I’ve used my fair share of ab wheels and have to say I’m impressed with the Power Guidance version. The wheel itself is solid and high quality - like that it’s slightly thicker as it creates a smoother movement throughout. Also, the knee pad that comes in this kit is AWESOME! I didn’t have high hopes given other brands tend to throw in foam versions of these pads and they’re super slippery - not this one. It’s made of a much denser more pliable foam that sticks to the surface you put it on and also provides great comfort on the knees given it’s a bit thicker. Would not hesitate to recommend this product and you can’t beat the price point - A+++!

It's nice that the additional equipment included help with support on all floor types. It runs smoothly and works really well.

Okay this is cheap, so you get what you pay for. I paid about $19 and I'm pretty disappointed. Honestly, I think it's worth about $8. I would be thrilled at that price. Too cheap to bother returning, so I'm just going to deal with it and order a different one when I get annoyed enough.EDIT: I do appreciate that the company selling this goes above and beyond to support their customers and ensure satisfaction. They sent an email after my purchase offering some updated guidance and instructions to get the most out of the product. Then they saw my review and sent me a refund, no questions asked. They didn't try to get me to change my review or anything. They just sent me back my money. Considering all this, I'm adding a star to my review. I still think it's a pretty cheap product, and probably costs like $2 to manufacture, but it does actually work. My abs were sore.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product a couple of days ago. I used it for two days so far. Its a fun way to workout your abs and arms.I uploaded a video to demonstrate how to use.Very easy to assemble.I plan on using it a lot to increase muscle definition.

Primero que todo, mido 1.82 y peso 96 kg, dicho esto he de decir que ambos productos son resistentes y soportan mi peso, si sientes cierta inestabilidad al usarlos es porque deben ser así, es decir, a mi me viene perfecto ya que de esa manera trabajo mis muñecas y antebrazos.Y cuando digo inestabilidad no lo digo en términos peyorativos hacia el producto, hay que recordar que es de plástico y como tal es normal que al aplicarle peso este ceda mínimamenteYo le doy un 10

Der Bauch Roller ist wirklich super ich habe direkt muskelkater bekommen weil mein Bauch diese Übung nicht kannte, bei mehrmaligen benutzen bekommt man nicht mehr so schnell den muskelkater, die Liegestütz Hilfen sind echt klasse man muss sie nur in andere Winkel stellen und dann trainiert man andere muskelpatien, klasse Equipment für die täglichen home Workouts

Dopo averlo usato per un po' di tempo posso affermare che questo kit è veramente utile per fare attività fisica in casa....la wheel è ben fatta e resistente oltre ad assicurare risultati evidenti nell' allenamento.

J’ai reçue mon colis hier, le montage des accessoires et très simple.J’ai aussi tôt attaqué une série de pompe et de roulette abdominal. Les poignets on l’aire solide et ne bouge absolument pas, aucun soucis non plus sur la roulette.Ce matin grande surprise ce n’est pas le réveil mais les courbature qui m’on réveillé et ça veut dire que les fibres musculaire on bien travaillé. Je suis très satisfait se mon achat, je recommande à 100%
