The media could not be loaded. Love this printer, I was in 2 minds about getting it but so glad I did. The quality of prints is excellent. I particularly like the HP constant ink supply option, so much easier than worrying about running out of ink. Also found HP particularly helpful during the setting up of the printer. Considering this printer can handle A3 prints its great value for money. No problems with connection. The screen is very intuitive recognising when different paper may have been put in etc. The only downside, which is to be expected is it's rather a lot larger than my old printer so make sure you've got the space. Luckily I have an old set of drawers/changing unit so was able to utilise the space I had. Only other thing is I don't think different size papers can be in the drawer at the same time?

I got the printer to replace an old HP A3 printer that had served me well but struggled with some new CAD programs that I use.This printer was very clear and easy to set up and the quality is excellent for drawing programs and quick for writing documents.I found the ink contract was useless for me as I write 100’s of low quality pages, so for me the ink lasts for ages.The basic ink contract is for 100 pages/month and that could be for full colour pictures or a document page in draught quality. It seems that Amazon doesn’t sell the ink for these printers so I had to buy that from elsewhere and then return the hardly used ink to HP’s Paris depot.So excellent printer, shame about the ink contract.

The printer was not suitable for my requirements. It was advertised as an A3 printer but could only print A3 from computer generated images. My main requirement was to copy existing A3 documents bit it was only able to copy A4 documents. This should be made clear in all advertisements. It Was returned to you some weeks ago and to date, my refund that was due to be paid on 18 March 2025 has not yet been received.

product arrived quickly, well packaged and was very easy to set up, works very well have yet to find anything negative. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased it as a small gift for my partner company they are very happy form it and they said that quality of images are very good.

Ordered this because the printhead in my old HP all-in-one A3 printer/scanner had stopped working after many years of good service.It's an attractive piece of kit, however, this model only has an A4 scanner bed even though it takes A3 paper.As an artist I like to scan my A3 artwork so unfortunately this does not really suit my needs which is disappointing.This should be more clearly featured in the description.
