I'm a technie, so I did not struggle much with the setup. However, the bridge had zero instructions. Here are the steps for the next person:(The bridge essentially connects to your home WiFi, then connects to the smart lock via BT)The lock itself only does BT, so you need the bridge if you want to monitor and control the lock remotely.1. Hook up bridge near the lock, to an outlet (you will need your own power/USB brick). I used a generic Amazon one, it doesn't need much power.2. Open the "Smart Life" app and add the device like you should have already done with the Smart Lock.3. Add new device, and it should find it (make sure BT is on). It will also auto/ask to pair with the lock, and now you have off-site options to lock/unlock and get alerts.Otherwise, this has been awesome and fun to use, the Fingerprint reader seems to be working very well.

This lock does everything. First it’s a breeze to install, it bolted right up to the existing holes in my door. It was also easy to connect to the network. It only gets better from there. You have so many options for locking and unlocking. You can assign codes, use the fingerprint sensor, the app lets you open remotely, I mean you will never have to worry about keys again. If you still love your keys then you’re in luck because you can do that too. This is an excellent lock.

This has a QR code to set up and it was easy peasy to set up. I love the that it was easy to put in, and then easy to use. you can link it to your phone so when you forget to lock the door. It is a great addtiion to our home.

I think the lock exceeded my expectations. For Airbnb operators, you can leave a key for guests staying in your room and unlock it for them when they arrive. You can also use the app to remotely or give an electronic code for guests to unlock the door. Very convenient.
