Excellent Customer Support and great coverage
I received a new Sim, It was Activated online in less than 6 hoursBut it was not working with WhatsApp. On contacting the customer care, they issued me a new number, which works with WhatsApp in less than an hour. Very quick and responsive customer support. The phone receives the signal, whether your indoor or outdoor very well. Overall excellent and economical. Buy. Will definitely recommend Colt Wireless.

Did not work in any of the countries
I went on a big trip and tried this SIM card in Norway, Italy, Japan, and Taiwan. It worked in none of them, despite those countries being listed.

Bad phone signal
Phone calling and texting was horrible but the data was worst or what data. I didn't even have data. Or I was supposed to have data but it never would load up a webpage ever unless I was connected to my home wifi

One gig of service was used I did ask for a refund on that. Somebody did email me, but never got back to me on the refund so far hopefully they do but service does work takes 4 to 6 hours to activate and his moderately good depending on your area where you are traveling.
