One of the best and easiest upgrades you can do.
So, when I got my new K1 Max, I was ecstatic. From opening the box to my first benchy...less than 45 minutes total. Now...there was NOTHING wrong with the printer AT ALL. It's a phenomenal machine right out of the box. But...I wanted to make sure I had replacements "on hand" for the inevitable. That included a replacement hotend. I did order a replacement direct from Creality, but then started reading about MicroSwiss and all the other print fanatics out there with their reviews. So, I decided to bite the bullet and order one of those the K1 Max as well...and a hardened steel 0.4mm nozzle. When it came to replace my first hotend, I skipped the stock replacement and decided to throw this in first. And I have not - ever - been disappointed. This thing really is great! Is it better than stock? Maybe? I am not a "print-head fanatic" by any means, so I never got into EVERY single aspect of this. All I know is that since I've changed it out...I've only had issues that were on ME (or filament)...never with the hotend. It prints flawlessly...every single time. It's quick, maybe even quicker (higher flow) than stock, but I've never messed with max flow rate. All I know is I can throw anything at it and it just prints. I only print PLA and PLA-CF, but even then...no swapping, no clogs, no stringing...nothing!Now, I do have some fat fingers, so trying to get it installed - only because of the tiny pins on the printer itself - was just a bit tight, but installation was straight-forward and easy. And, just having the option to do a COLD swap - if and when needed - is just icing on the cake.I've purchased several other hardened steel nozzles just to have - another 0.4mm and a 0.2 for finer details - and just got the diamond tip from MicroSwiss itself...again...just to have. That original nozzle in the FlowTech hotend has nearly 1,000 hours on it now, and it's still as good as the first day I dropped it in.

Finally NO MORE. CLOGGED NOZZLES
Got tired of the periodic clogs and finally made the switch. Easy easy install no clogged nozzles since, seems to produce better quality prints. So I am happy

works well for me
works great I use a .8 nozzle and print production parts I find this to work better than a stock unit for my application

Excellent hot end.
Easy to install, works well, heats faster than stock. Fit for old style or new style K series, and at least one new style (unicorn nozzle) can be used with existing nozzles by leaving out the long tube included in the kit. Unicorn and Flowtech are not compatible though, so to switch styles later, the hotend must come off again.

Clogs every print
This was easy to install. Thats all thats easy about it. I've had nothing but issues. Not a single successful print. Every print it clogs. Idk if I can return this but I'd like to

Serious heat creep issue over time
I have 6 (in batches of 1 2 and 3 as i got more printers) of these installed and they all failed around the same time after about 100hrs of print time. The heat creep issue is insane, checked every companent possible and cleaned and reinstalled the hotend, could "cold pull" after a print at 120C. Incredibly disappointed. Worked great while it worked.update: the brass nozzles it comes with a trash. you will need to upgrade to the copper or upgrade to unicorn e3d obsidian nozzle.

High quality!
Excellent quality, I am using a CR-M4. it's impressive. I know, this picture can not exactly show how good of a print this is, but it makes high quality prints.

Eh, had this 15 hours and think I liked
Well, I had been having problems with my stock K1C nozzle clogging repeatedly, so figured I’d upgrade while I replaced it! I read recommendations for this one even at the high price point, but so far have been unimpressed.I installed it right after getting it (one day ago) and printed a 6 hour project. It went as perfectly as it would have stock nozzle, though I noted less stringing—the new hot end heated up slower and had more chunks of burnt filament melted in the print. Now, the nozzle has a clog I believe, and is blobbing. My stock nozzle had yet to blob on me even when clogged, and I’ve only used this one 15 hours after installation.Eh, I’d stay with the stock hot end and skip the expensive price. I think I liked the creality or end and unicorn nozzle more on performance. I’ll come back and update after using this one another week or so.
