This is a great product, I have used it on wood and plastic and love the results. I will be buying it again

I think these are solid paints. They come out of the bottle with a smooth consistency and don't really need any thinning. They have good coverage, and there's a decent amount of colors for a basic set. The set doesn't have metallics, so you might want to pick up the fantasy set if you want those as well. All in all I have to say I look forward to using these paints, and think they're great value for the pricepoint.

I've been painting miniatures for a little over a year now, I started with citadel paints and moved to Vallejo, and Army Painter. While each of those brands have their own pluses and minuses I feel that this particular set for the value was the best bet. The fact that it includes a thinner as well as a brush cleaner medium was a surprise to me. I was searching for a new set of paints with a varied color palette that wouldn't break my bank at this moment. There are some really good high cost high quality paint sets I would love to try, but like I said with a year of experience in it and I can definitely see that these are a nice clean vibrant quality. Using the thinning medium has changed the way I paint completely. Prior to that I was using water and thinned out paints and using multiple layers while I still use the multiple layer approach it is actually really well done using their included thinner. I'm very happy with this set and I'm looking at purchasing and expanded color line soon Great job.

I really want to love this paint but having only used yellow and orange so far coverage is not great on any smooth PLA surface. Rougher surfaces seem to be OK. I have taken to using a spray primer under the color and that helps but adds work time. I have switched to T-miya paints. They have a sealing lid and seem to store better than anything else I have used. More expensive and harder to find but well worth the price due to superior coverage and adhesion IMHO.

I was hesitant because of the price but these are great for my needs. They are high pigment content and not runny, but are fluid acrylics. Nice dropper - cuz you don’t need much at all time. One downside is they dry super fast. I’ll get a wet palette to help that but if mixing tiny amounts it doesn’t matter. I used for doll customization and was so happy with paint colors and consistency.

These paints are amazing. They airbrush extremely well. Fast drying and flat finish. They are thin which is good for details. You don't end up with globs and streaks. I do thin slightly for brushing. Better to do two or three thin coats than blob it on. If you are a serious modeler give them a try. My application is HO railroad structures. I do top with an appropriate clear finish.
