This is an absolutely beautiful furniture and very sturdy. It is not easy to assemble but totally worth it. It looks much more expensive than it really is.

So I love this entertainment center, but when we got it all together, there are a few flaws. The left tower doesn't connect smoothly to the bridge. It sticks out a bit which drives me nuts. The holes weren't drilled in the right places on the left tower. The right corner of the tower molding also was lifted/peeled up. Hoping to glue it down. The doors don't all match up perfectly either. Overall, I really like it and it makes the room look so much nicer.

After putting it together, which took effort, I noticed angles didn't line up and there was a chip in the glossy part of the drawer. Requested them to send a new drawer as it was only that part the was damaged.The company couldn't find my order even though I provided the order ID. They told me to contact Amazon directly. Contacted Amazon who said I had to send the whole thing back for a refund. Get this! Thry wanted me to disassemble the thing and put it all in the box!! No way! You want it come and get it! You can't expect me to waste my time taking this apart for a refund. By all means come collect ot yourselves and dismantle yourselves! Wasted to much of my presious time already for a faulty product! Worst thing is customer service emails were useless, I should post them here to show you the lack of intrest. Now they want me to call them to reslove matter and didn't even provide a number!!! I have to search for one and can't find it

This is a wonderful entertainment center. The pieces all fit and it looks great. The only thing we didn't like was the mounting for the top unit. It doesn't mount to the sides only to the back wall and it's too heavy to be held up by the wall. We added two boards to the inside of each side cabinet and rested the top piece on those. It's strong and secure now and you can't tell the unit was modified. Other than that one glitch, we're very happy with it.

This product is poor quality. It was significantly warped and uneven when put together despite following directions to the letter. The drawers had gaps, as did the door panels. The door knobs would not screw in. Back panel was warped. Top is warped inward in the center, dipping causing it all to be uneven. Chipped easily. Not worth the amount of money I spent on it. Very disappointed!! I want a refund.

Overall the quality of the materials is great except the gaps on the doors is very bad. Even with all adjustment options, the doors and drawers still come out with uneven gaps. It does not look like the pictures with flush close edge to edge. The doors need to be about 1/4" wider to close the gaps.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice liked it very much pretty heavy duty and pretty surprised for the price
