Fiskars scissors best value
Top quality. Bought a cheap pair front inexcess and they would not cut paper. You get what you pay for.

A snip at the price
Bought to update my garage/DIY kit, and these are a fantastic addition to my toolset. Nice and sharp, strong and long so plenty of leverage where needed. My biggest problem - stopping my wife borrowing them for her own projects (just bought her, her own pair as well). Recommended.
