I needed to update my outdoor shower from a typical contractor grade shower head to something better and boy is this BWE shower setup perfect! I honestly didn’t think I’d find something this nice in this price range and my husband didn’t believe me when I told him how much it was. The install was pretty easy for him also - he thought by looking at all of the things it does that it would be hard. Wasn’t. I love the rain shower head, but the handheld shower wand will be used a lot more with spraying feet before getting in the pool and rinsing chlorine out of everyone’s hair. My husband and son use the outdoor shower all summer long so they’re both happy for the upgrade. I love the retro looking knobs for the tub spout - which I’ll use filling up my watering cans. Really happy with this and I’d recommend it!

I had problems throughout the entire process with this product. I had to buy this product two times. The first one shipped with the wrong packing list. The second one shipped with all the correct parts. I had a professional plumber install, but it leaked because it had some faulty part in the hot stem valve. I looked up their website and called customer service. They asked me for a video of the problem which I provided. They suggested a solution that didn’t work and when I asked them if they had replacement parts for purchase, they ghosted me. I would go with a different brand if you like this look of shower. The customer service, product quality, and attention to detail is lacking with this company. And if you have a problem they ghost you.

This set comes with an eight inch round rainfall style shower head, an exposed pipe that connects the two handles and water supply to the shower, and an adjustable handheld shower. All pieces are nicely constructed with a durable feel and a clean matte black finish. It comes with everything needed for an easy install and can be used for interior bath or exterior shower. I found all threading to be standard size threads that fit nicely and create a clean leak free seal. The overall functionality is good with consistent water flow and ease of transition between rainfall and handheld. The handheld shower head is a bit on the small side, but still works nicely. I’m quite pleased with the design, quality and value. Nice and easy way to create an outdoor shower.

When I saw this set, I knew it was the one!The shower set arrived in a sturdy box, and includes everything you need to install it. The quality of this unit exceeded my expectations! The metal feels plenty thick and sturdy, and it's got a very nice, consistent finish. The knobs on the faucet are really solid, and rotate very smoothly. The rotating bathtub spout is awesome! What a great idea to be able to swivel it out of the way when not needed to avoid accidental jabs.Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with this shower set, and for the advertised price of just $159.99 (as of the date of this review), I think this is an excellent deal.
