This book was required for a course. IT outlines the reasons for and process of assessment. It has a lot of good information in it for any new teacher.

This was a required book for my masters program. This book was borning and long winded. It had good charts and graphs. This book is good for writing research papers, but not very fun. It served it's purpose for my class. It was well written but not user friendly. If you like statistics and research ideas presented in a non-creative way, then you will like this book.
