Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance Standard Edition - PlayStation 5

Purchased the steelbook launch edition for Nintendo Switch and then purchased the standard edition for PlayStation 5. The jrpg has quickly become one of my top three favorites of all time. The game is very content heavy and will require upwards of a hundred hours to complete everything. The game also has super bosses to keep you busy in the end game. I love the style of the game and the hundreds of demons you capture look great in 4k. The new added vergence story line is also vastly superior to the original story by introducing new guest characters and the new villainous quartet the Quidistu. This game is an easy 9/10 go buy it already.

Great game, best of the best of JRPGs

An excellent return to form for Shin Megami Tensei. This is what the original SMTV should've been. Feels like a much better balanced, more complete game. And the improvements aren't only in the new story route, they're applied to the original as well!
