Durable Bag
Great bag and holds a lot. Only issue I had after a few months using it is. The back pack straps wear out and start to break fast. Other than that it's a great bag!

Quality Build and Material at a Value Price
This pool cue case is well built with quality materials. The exterior is a thick tight weaved nylon material. The backpack carry option is connected with metal D rings. and the handle carry option is well stitched and does not sag or stretch with weight. The pockets hold ample amount of things; billiard equipment, your favorite drinks and snacks. The interior is a nice soft material that can accommodate both pool cues and snooker cues. The only drawback to this case is the lack of room for an added joint protector to the pool cue when placed into the interior sleeve. This is a soft case and joint protectors are a must for soft cases. You can still add the joint protectors to the pool cue while it is placed in the sleeve, but the upper flap will hang past the intended closure area. Overall, it is a great product for the price!

Good case but not as advertised
The case seems very solid and the pockets are useful. The zippers are understandably a lower quality and may have long term issues but function fine right now. For the price point this would be expected as the zippers seem to be the first failure point on most cases.The main issue i have is the bag IS NOT a 5 x 5 as advertised in the header description. It is a 4 by 4 only. If it had been a 5 x 5 i would have rated 4 stars at least possibly edited to 5 starts if the zippers hold up well.Update: the company reached out to resolve the issue. Based on that I raised to 5 star as the case is very good for price and the support resolution was acceptable. If it was $100 case it would be 4 stars but for the price the value drives it to 5 star.

Measurements are not right on point
It's iffy, quality is subpar, backpack straps are too small a toddler can only fit, 2 of the shaft sleeves are set to hold a butt and loose, not to mention I shoot with 30in shafts and it don't fit, the measurements and pics i looked at didnt match up,unless I take the joint protectors off, so it works as a storage case or if I resell it if I can 2nd time burned with a case and 2 different companies bosstin and this one

After using for a month, I have completely satisfied with this product. This is what I am looking for. There is enough space for all my cues. There are many ways to carry it. It has a lot of pockets that is enough for my accessories. If you are looking for 4x5 pool cue case, I highly recommend it to you. Try it and happy with it like me!!!! Thanks for reading my review.
