Great lock
This is an amazing product. Makes yiu feel more secure. Is very stylish and modern. Very easy to install and use. It fits exactly on the same old fittings with no other modifications. The manual is a bit hard to understand to set it up, but once done is easy to work with. Have an app as well and is very convenient. Very pleased with this and the whole family is able to use it in no time, without carrying the keys all the time.

The lock does not work- hit & miss! Not worth the hassle.
I purchased three locks, but two of them don’t lock at all, rendering them completely useless. This has been a total waste of money and time. I now need to hire a carpenter to remove the faulty locks and install replacements. The instruction manual is unhelpful, offering no guidance for troubleshooting when the locks fail to function. According to the carpenter, the issue lies with the mechanism, as one lock works while the other two do not. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability of this product..

Possible production reliability issue?
Bought two of these, fiddly to set-up (manual not that helpful) but sorted and both work well. Ordered another which appeared to work, but after fitting discovered that the mechanism was permanently unlocked which is a bit of an issue ... so returned. Not sure if a one-off but maybe issue of quality control/testing?Rating lowered - these run through batteries at a rate of knots!

False Advertising
APP DOES NOT WORK! I bought this for the integration into my smart home and it can't hold a Bluetooth connection for more than 5 seconds, extremely disappointed. The other features work but the manual is for a different product, it's written confusingly but the video for the product does accurately show how to physically install the handle. Massively overpriced given it has no wireless capaability.
