I'm really pleased with these resistance bands and sliders. First of all they come beautifully packaged with each band individually wrapped in plastic as well as the sliders and a nice little bag to keep them in. Both the bands and sliders are very high quality and I'm confident that they will last a long time. As someone in the fitness industry my body is now my livelihood and as such it's very important that any fitness equipment I purchase is going to get the job done for myself and my clients. This product absolutely fits the bill and I am very satisfied with my purchase not just in terms of quality but also at a great price point. I would also note that this is a product for EVERYONE; male and female, young and old. The 5 levels of resistance ensure that anyone can reap the benefits of band work regardless of size or fitness level. I feel this is a purchase that you definitely won't regret.

I bought these after using something similar in my gym class. These work great on all surfaces and I love how portable they are. I recently took them on vacation with me so I could at least keep up some kind of exercise routine. They are fun to use and the additional resistance bands really help in adding a challenge to your workout. This is a great set at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

The package arrived very quickly and I was able to use the products right away. I am using them with the beach body workouts. The main problem I have is that the bands are too large for my body. If I would have done some research prior to purchasing I probably would have discovered that they make multiple sizes for the bands. Because of this, all of my exercises are having to be done with a higher resistance band leaving no room for me to go up a size. Other than that they are strong and good quality. I haven’t used the disks yet but they seem to be a good quality also. I really like that they come with a bag.

I used the yellow, red, and black bands for the 80 day obsession program. I still have them 96 days later with no rips. They are, however, worn out but the red works as a yellow and the black one works as a red after being used for so long. The sliders are still in very good condition and I think they can still withstand another round of 80DO, which I just started. I used the sliders on hardwood floors as well as on carpet. Thank you for offering this product for a reasonable price.

OK, the bands were terrific. Used them to do a "chick" type workout by a popular female youtube fitness guru involving a lot of quads and butt. Man! That put a hurtin' on me, and the bands were required for the workout. The sliders? Not so good. For one thing, they are too small--my feet would not stay on them. For another, they weren't slippery enough, either on the carpet or my tile floors. I could do the slider moves much easier just using a couple of dish towels on my tile floor. Disclaimer: I don't have very much flexibility in my ankles, so that could have affected my ability to keep on my feet on the sliders. So others might have better luck with them.

Great for my exercise program

Yes! I love these bands but the discs are my favorite. They are so easy to use and you get a good workout in. I’ve been using them for a few months now and I haven’t experienced tears in my bands. They do get stretched out after awhile but that’s to be expected. When they get to the point of being to stretched I will buy more.

When every instagram workout accounts were using resistance bands, I figured why not get my own. I really liked this set when I first opened it! Every band is labeled with the level of resistance ranging from extra light to extra heavy and it comes with a convenient carrying bag. This set also came with dual sided sliders for additional floor workouts. The only downside is that the soft side on the sliders picks up a lot of hair and dust but it comes off pretty easily.
