As someone who has dabbled in sewing and embroidery for years, I was looking for a machine that could offer both versatility and ease of use. The price point and large hoop size drew me in. Comparable with the big named brands were $800 to $1000 more. I watched videos and read the reviews and thought I would give it a chance. The machine is arrived super fast and literally took 10 minutes max from open to embroidering. I looked up and followed the Facebook videos for tutorials. I was immediately contacted by Kevin Xu with offers of help and support. As I went from project to project I was struggling with garbled stitching and nesting. Especially with satin stitches or when the stitching went over an area more than once. I contacted Kevin back and he helped me with videos and and chats back and forth. He was avaliable almost instant any time I messaged. I actually wondered if he ever slept. As he examined my machine over videos, he noticed that there was a clip on rhe housing that was broke throwing my tension off. He organized a machine exchange immediately no questions asked. The new machine was sent out with the request that once I received it to then send my current machine. To me that showed rgey were very trustworthy by extending trust to me. Due to the Christmas holiday it took 10 days to get my new machine. I was provided tracking numbers to watch the status. The machine was actually shipped within a 48 hour window from the invitation of the exchange. Kevin kept in touch checking in while I waited and then verified that I received it. He also had ne send pictures and videos to make sure the new machine was functioning well. I then had an option to drop the old machine at fedex or have them pick it up at my house. This new machine is absolutely amazing and the quality of the embroidery is outstanding. It is very user friendly. The customer service was way beyond my expectations. I hope as they grow bigger they keep that up because it really sets them apart. If you in question about buying this machine just do it! It's worth it!

This is my review I posted to their FaceBook page....I highly recommend you join that group. They have very helpful people from the company as well as group members. The EOC06 is worth the extra price from the EOC05. A bigger hoop is a must! The other extras on the 06 are good as well....My machine came Tuesday, bought off Amazon. I opened it up Wednesday, and after reviewing the directions, set it up and started having fun. It did a great job. A couple notes...1 - change out the bobbin, it came with sewing thread on it instead of embroidery bobbin thread.2 - Do not choose the same color in adjoining steps, lol, it does not stop stitching, cuts the thread and starts stitching the next step. That was interesting to find out while I was doing an applique part.3 - changed jump stitch cuts to 5, cuts almost every one now.4 - I can get the threader to work, but it will only grab one of the two strands of the embroidery thread causing a mess. (embroidery thread is 2 strands twisted together, if that makes sense) so I just use a hand threader for now.5 - I use a single spool thread stand I have for my sewing machine, it does great with this one also.This is a wonderful machine. I'm really glad I stumbled across it. I almost didn't buy it because I couldn't find where it cut jump stitches, and I wonder how many other people pass it by for that reason. The company really should mention that in the listings, a great feature to have. I hope they will add it. I wouldn't buy a machine that doesn't cut them, been there-doing that on an older machine...lolWish list...it would be nice if the embroidery foot height was adjustable for when you have thicker items and could use a little more space. Doesn't hurt to wish, right....So here are my first projects.1. My testing with the letter I on the machine for bobbin tension...it was good!2. My testing for thickness with a coloring doll. I think I'll keep using my other machine as the foot adjusts and gives it a little more room. The stitch out was still good though.3. My testing for applique, again, just pick different colors of thread on the machine screen so the machine will stop when it is suppose to.Great machine Poolin!!! Looking forward to using it alot!
