The tablet is a medium size and is easy to swallow. The tablet does smell like seaweed and does have a seaweed flavor when placed in the mouth. This doesn't bother me, but a glass of water on hand might help those who don't like the smell or flavor. The tablet is easy to swallow and I don't detect any aftertaste.

I wanted to give this a try because of all of the wonderful stated benefits of Irish Moss from colder regions in the world. Since this is a product of Sweden, I figured it may truly be IRISH moss and not just Sea Moss. It is my understanding that it is hard to find a true Irish moss because it is less abundant than Sea Moss and is often mislabeled. I cannot confirm this is truly as stated but since they both have benefits, I thought I would give it a try.I used the whole 30-day supply and did not really notice any change, but change takes time. I have not taken for about 10 days now and still have not noticed a change. I have a tendency to not give supplements their due time, so I am going to order another 60-day supply to give it more time. I have not had any nasty after taste with this brand. I want the combination of nutrients to work for me, although I do worry about the iodine at 66% of DV since I do eat iodine rich foods after switching to a cardiac diet.I will report back if I see any positive changes.
