Purchased for my husband's lower back problem - he can't use strong shiatsu type massagers because they are too strong and leave him in pain. This is perfect! Its strong enough to gently "massage", which is really a vibration but its perfect for him! Releases the muscles by vibration, without pain after.

I sit all day at work and saw this while searching for lumbar support. It is wonderful, the heat and massage help my back feel so much better when I have to sit for long periods. It's great for relief. I'm going to have to get one for home as well
