The cooling factor that i paid for is not present. If it is for others, it isn’t for me. I don’t live in the US so it would take longer for me to have it returned and for me to get a new one, I would be spending more on logistics and at that point, it’s not worth it.It works more like a mini desk fan

However, if you're expecting more than a basic fan with a light mist, there may be better choices for you. Perfect for quick relief, but not a substitute for an air conditioner.

This device is designed to cool the air within a few feet radius, with the most effective cooling directly in front. It won't cool an entire room. I am very satisfied with mine, sit it on my desk and very cool. You can adjust the fan speed to three different speeds.It is quiet, though adjusting the fan speed will affect the noise level. It cools the air by at least ten degrees directly in front. It's a small rectangle/cube, fits well on a desktop, nightstand, end table, or shelf.I haven't had any leak issues. The device will cool for two or three hours using the reservoir.
