HORRIBLE PRODUCT. DOESNT WORK AT ALL
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased a lamp and was excited to set it up. Upon opening the package, I followed the instructions provided and charged the lamp for exactly 2 hours as recommended. However, when I attempted to turn it on, it did not work at all. This has been a very disappointing experience.As a regular Amazon customer, encountering such an issue is quite frustrating. I expected a functional product, but instead, I received something that does not operate as intended. Given this situation, I am requesting a refund and am prepared to return the product immediately.This experience feels misleading and has left me feeling scammed. It’s disheartening to invest in a product only to find it defective right out of the box.

Instructions followed but still not working as advertised
Package received well packed. There was a sticker on it saying “charge minimum 2 hrs before use”. So I duly followed the instructions. And got it fully charged in a little more than 2 hours. It turned blue from red when fully charged. So I wanted to test the claim of 48 hours (which I absolutely knew it won’t achieve) I would have been happy if it lasted for at least 12 hours on full brightness. For my purpose that was more than enough.So switched on all the lights to first light mode (I think it was close to amber) at the same time and increased the brightness to full by long tapping all the lamps. And checked after 1hour 30mins. I was highly disappointed when I saw only one of it retained its brightness. And the others were ridiculously dim (image attached for your reference). Also you can see one is white light. The touch function of that lamp was a hit or a miss.Anyway returning it now.In short If you are want this for your rooftop cafe/restaurant then don’t buy. If you are looking as a bedside lamp for your home then may be it’s ok to buy. Your call.
