It takes 2 people!
This is a very difficult mount to set up. it wants you to put the arm thing on before you mount it to the wall. If i did that I wouldn't be able to mount it. It took me about 2 hours to mount this thing. It is a great product and works as advertised.

Defective quality
Part #CC had two of the 4 bolt holes un-threaded. Rendering the entire unit unusable. Very disappointing.

Functional but challenging to assemble
This TV mount is impressive once it is installed. It is difficult to assemble and install, but it is very functional once it is up. It's easy to move the TV. I installed a 75 inch Samsung OLED.

Great product
This is the best tv stand/holder I’ve ever purchased!! If you want a great tv holder this is your product!!! It was easy to install, it functions great and pulled down easily. It’sa little pricey but we wanted a really great tv Mount because it’s outside on our back porch so we wanted one that functioned great and would hold up. That’s what we got!!! My husband mounted it on his own on a ladder and had it up and installed inside of 30 minutes.

Might be nice for some but comes to far off the wall.
It is a nice wall mount but it really pushes into the room a ton when down. It is also very hard to push all the way up when you want to put it "away"

Great pull down mount.
We love this mount! We like having it over the fireplace and it’s so easy to pull down. It was a tad time consuming to put the mount together but worth it. One con is the black piece that is shown when it’s up over the fireplace but can be covered by decor.

Nice when lowered but not so much when it it above the fireplace
Maybe I installed it incorrectly but when the TV is up above the fireplace the entire bracket shows. I am thinking my TV doesn't have the correct hole location but the instructions are terrible. I love being able to bring the TV down however I don't like the way it looks when I put it up.
