I was half-expecting the usual disappointment of an over-priced, over-hyped product that turned out to be rubbish. Nothing could be further from the truth. This thing is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. we have lots of very large and very tall windows. It’s really clever in that it returns to its start point - so it climbs to the top and comes back down. I have only used it on fast clean since it does a really good job - haven’t needed to switch to deep cleaning - and our windows were really dirty. I cannot recommend this enough. It’s not cheap but wow is it worth it!!!

Understand what the reviewer below says about domestic use - with smaller windows, it’s done in 5 minutes and you have to move it to the next. But we love it as it does a great job, even in corners, and it means we save on a regular window cleaner. We have a couple of larger windows and it’s amazing for those!

The media could not be loaded. I can't use it on my sloped glass roof (20 degrees) so watch out for that, it's not clear on the specs, I only found out when I interacted with the support chatbot. I am keeping it because I'm selling this house and moving to a flat, but Ecovacs, please make this clearer in your product description.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing I just received my WINBOT today and I’ve done nine windows inside and out and they are spotless. Get the awkward areas that I cannot get to as I live on a high floor. Very happy with my purchase.

This machine is awesome my windows were in a right mess as window cleaners come and go well don’t need them now. I was going to put wash them as very dirty but then thought no this is a big ask for machine but I was so pleased cleaned them brilliantly. Recommend this window cleaner certainly yes xx

It's not worth buying, it leaves terrible streaks on the windows. Everything is fine as long as it's dark, when the sun shines the windows look worse than before "washing". In my opinion, this device only smears dirt. I only used the liquid provided by the manufacturer, I washed the windows several times. All without effect. After several attempts, I returned the device.

I was skeptical at first, but this product is impressive. It cleans my large ground floor windows without the need for a ladder, and it's mess-free. It did a better job than I could have done on my own and so far I'm very happy with it. .

Absolutely brilliant machine. Got some big windows to clean and it does a perfect job.
