It has the good kind of beta-alanine in it that has had research published to show the actual impact on stamina and preventing fatigue.What does that mean? Powder was gray on color as opposed to the normal color and it was clumpy. Just threw it away.

Cant give a good review because i can't get past the taste. I ve got cotton candy and it taste like cough syrup to me. So i don't know if this stuff works because i can't drink a full bottle of it
