I love these, they keep the bugs away, are totally rechargeable and seems like they hold the charge forever. And the best part is if you stick your hand in the way of the rotating blades they stop and do not hurt. Great product I would buy again.

Great for outdoor parties. Kept the flies away from the food and battery lasted long. Doesn’t hurt when you touch it. Wished it was adjustable for the height.

I searched around as there are many similar products.I chose this one as it is take down, meaning the upper part can be stored in the base, making packing easier for camping or picnics.Quality is good, motor has 2 speeds and it comes with a charging cable for each unit.I like it a lot. I hate pesky bugs!Marked down because 1 of 4 didn’t work. It indicates it was charging, and light extinguished showing completion of charge but it would not turn on.Tried without blade attached to insure nothing was binding, spun shaft with fingers and it still would not spin.Other than the non working unit, I like the product.Edited to add: I was contacted by the company who offered to replace the fan that was not working. It arrived today, and it was a 2 pack!Customer service is king these days and I am upgrading to 5 stars. They did not prompt or ask me to do so either.

We just had a Bbq party and normally the flies are always around the food so we have to cover everything. This time we set 2 of the fans up by the food and literally no flies. I couldn’t believe it. Great product. Simple but effective design. Also if you forgot to charge it, you can hook it up to a power pack or outlet and it still works. Thanks. I’ll be ordering more for Christmas presents!

We have only used these fans one time so far but we were very pleased with the way they kept our table insect-free. We have had a problem with gnats all summer but the fan kept them at bay. I purchased the fans after eating at an outdoor restaurant recently. The restaurant had these fans available for customers to use and I realized how handy they are. Charging was easy and fast; the design is compact and easy to assemble. Plan to purchase more as Christmas gifts!

The instruction to charge shows the port on the outside of the stand/base, but the port is on the insert which goes into the stand/base. The on/off switch is on the insert also! So, you have to turn it on, put the insert into the base, then attach the blade (while the pin at the top) is spinning. There's a piece of the base that comes away from the base. I have NO idea what it's supposed to be for. I think I'd prefer to use batteries! The stand/base doesn't look like the one in the order - it's much heavier looking. It isn't bad, just not as advertised. IF the charging were from the outside of the base, I would like it much better.UPDATE: It turns out that the "insert" is placed on top of the base! [See the last picture added.] That means that it does get charged from the outside. I'm much happier now!!!!

Had a gathering out on my porch. Placed several of these around the area and they worked perfectly. Have not really need them again but look forward to using them. Easy to charge, all of them worked as designed, they come apart for easy storage. Definitely recommend.
