Quality is bad
There was damage on the rim of water bottle with sharp but protruding from it, like some welding splatter had fallen on it. It could even cut lips while drinking from it. Also there were scratches on outer surface.Sadly there is no replacement or return available on this item.It can now just serve as a show piece with your name on it. :|

No Gift Wrap and No personalized note
Bottle seems fine but I paid additional charges for gift wrap and personalized note. None received.Even the standard box seems crushed and not worth gifting.I will have to buy additional boxes and note cards on my own.
