I use these during my entire workout. They really helps protect my hands and make it easier to maintain my grip on weights. I also like the fact that they're leather as nylon can sometimes cause irritation on my skin. I've had them for a few weeks and haven't had any issues. I'm hoping these last a long time.

I’ve used versa grips in the past and loved them. This was a more affordable option and I have been very happy with them! Exactly what I was looking for to aid my lifts.

I bought these due to me having a nagging tennis elbow issue (doing deadlifts). When I began to slowly lift again I used these. I am not sure of the physics regarding how they work, but they do seem to take the pressure off my forearm - as one time I didn't have them on and I could tell the difference. Also, they seem to do well in preventing calluses on my hands as they offer another layer of protection (I always wear lifting gloves but also always got calluses). For the price of these, I would not hesitate to buy them again! Plus, they offered free returns. The more expensive one and seemingly most popular, did NOT offer ANY type of returns. Free or otherwise. So I wasn't going to take a chance. Lastly, I read a review prior to buying this and the guy showed pics of the overhand and under hand ways to use this. I found it most helpful.

Got these for my wife because she starting getting into grip issues as her ability to lift heavier weights at the gym went up. Those are safe to say game changers for her. Quality is excellent. Highly recommend!

Loved the style, they fit perfectly and do the job!

These work very well and are very comfortable but they SMELL SO BAD! It is the absolute worst fish smell i have ever smelled and in my life! And they shed all over your clothes( i got pink so it’s little pinks pieces of fabric all over my clothes at the end of a workout)

These have turned me into the hulk, I am the strongest girl to ever lift with these. (And because I’m not struggling to hold the weights I’m actually getting mind muscle connection!) super comfy, easy to use, wish I had bought these years ago!
