Purchased this set to do a head unit and sound system install in my car. I ended up using it for so much more. The tools are solid and well made and will last. There's everything you need for simple installs and repairs.

For the price this is a pretty nice kit. I personally got this kit mostly for the wire strippers and consider the other tools in the kit a bonus. I've used the wire strippers several times so far and have found they actually work better than my old similar style Mac Tools brand wire strippers.I wouldn't call these high-end tools but for what you are paying, you are getting a fairly good quality set of tools along with a pretty decent storage case. Something I really like about the tools in this kit is that the handle grips on each tool is well made and comfortable to hold and grip. The only parts of this kit that do not feel premium to me is the tape and the voltage tester. Everything else in the kit however is 5 stars in my book.

This wiring kit is a solid, well equipped, and quality set of tools. These rubber coated strippers and needle nose pliers are easy to hold and very easy to use. Connectors are included, along with voltage contact tester, and basic screw drivers, to be able to make quick work of any wiring job. I was really surprised to see a roll of electrical tape, that was the first thing missing. Luckily a replacement fit right in to the empty spot. This set of tools performs well and are comfortable to use. I keep this in the trunk of my car for audio and video modifications. Plus, i've found tools less likely to disappear from my trunk than in the garage where people can use pieces of the set and not return them properly. Would highly recommend, the kit, and keeping it put up after you get it.

This kit has just about all you need for simple at home electronics. The wire cutters perform well and make it easier to splice your wires. This came in handy for my car audio installation. The tools seem pretty durable and this is a decent price for al the you get. I like the appearance of the case making it clean and easy to find the tool you need.

I got this becuase I had a lamp that needed to be rewired. It worked well for that purpose. Stripped the electric cord just fine, and we were able to get the lamp fixed in no time.

Comes with everything you need to do some light electrical around the house.The pliers and utility knife are actually pretty good quality and keep making their way out of the case and into other projects.The automatic wire strippers worked very well for modern wire, but struggled with some of the old romex in parts of our house. A bit of tinkering got it to work, but I wish it had come with some instructions on what the adjustments do since I had never used one like this before.Overall made quick work of changing out and rewiring a dozen outlets, good price for what you get
