Incomplete packaging.
Incomplete packaging and a little bit of rust on one bar. Supposed to have 4 fixed rods, only two were in box and one of the two was inoperable. Also supposed to have two straps, only one in box.Otherwise I’m liking it so far. Definitely noisy in driving wind drag.Assembly instructions are clear.
