After programming and getting key cut, works awesome.

They look great, but till now I can't find someone to cut it...that are pure steel....🤔

I was a little skeptical about doing this. I asked the dealer if I was to buy these would they cut and program them for me. I was told whenever they have tried to cut those keys it never worked, that their machine always had problems with them. They wanted me to buy the $250 version they sold and then they were going to charge even more to program them. So, for $25 bucks I took a shot. My local shipping company also cuts keys and they were a little hesitant about it but gave it a try. Once the keys were cut I tried them in my vehicle and it started up, but quickly the engine died on each key. So I followed the very simple directions to program them, and it worked like a charm! One of our original keys would lock the car but not unlock. It still worked beautifully. So instead of spending $250+ I spent $25 on this, $10 to key them and I now have 3 1/2 good keys. Very happy with the outcome.

These work well, for the most part. I bought four keys total and had a local locksmith cut them (since the local hardware store ruined one). The programming process was simple on a 2005 Jeep Liberty and took all of two minutes for all of the keys. My only complaint is that the range seems to vary. Sometimes I can be a considerable distance and the work great, other times I have to be very close. I'm talking clear line-of-site, so the environment isn't the issue. I'm not sure if it's really the 'range' or if it's just that the buttons don't always work. Either way, I'm happy and we're all keyed up now!

I took it to the Jeep dealer for my 2005 Jeep liberty. I didn't have any wireless remote keys so they had to program them and cut them all from their machine. They charged me about 60 dollars for both which was about half of what the "lowest price guaranteed" locksmith quoted. The only hard part was that I had to take them at a time when they were not too busy which was 7 AM. It took about an hour for them to get them done because of other stuff but in the end they both work great!

I ordered similar keys elsewhere, "guaranteed" to be suitable for my vehicle. Locksmith advised those keys would likely not work due to incorrect circuitry. $100 later I learned locksmith was correct, and shyster seller would refund purchase price only - as well as initially demanding return of useless keys! At least the locksmith fee gained me the PIN for my car's ignition.Not so with these keys. They programmed easily and have performed flawlessly. Quite a relief after having risked big problems for too long with only my single original factory key.

Great buy!! I have a 2006 chrysler pacifica and was able to take these to the dealer to get them both cut and programmed for just $89!! They both work fine so far. I cant speak to the durability yet because I just had them done. I will come back and update if they break or stop working.

Since I only had one working key to begin with, I had the keys cut and programmed at the dealer- which shockingly was the cheapest option- and since I provided the keys, it was less expensive than buying them from the dealer. The dealer warned me that it may not program since it's not an actual Jeep key, but it turned out to be successful. I have only used them for two days, so time will tell. But so far, so good.
