I am the mom of five kids, three of whom are in high school. Our local middle school provides planners for the students - they are the type that includes a week on two pages, but has a long column for EACH day, so that the child has plenty of space to write down assignments from each of his/her 7 classes each day. Now that they are in high school they need to buy their own planners. We found that Staples sold out of their store brand version and the "name brand" versions at Staples are VERY pricey. So my daughter searched on Amazon and found this alternative planner. It is a bit larger (8 1/2 x 11) than her prior versions, BUT it's actually thinner (perhaps less unnecessary pages - not sure). Anyway, this was CHEAPER than the unavailable Staples version and PERFECTLY suitable. We will DEFINITELY be buying this again next year.

I brought this planner for my granddaughter. She wanted one that included conversions and most misspelled words. I had a very hard time finding it. I came across this one and got it. When she received it it exceeded her expectation. Besides having the conversions and most misspelled words it also included the solar system, periodic table, geography as well as the eight parts of speech. She was so excited about it she showed everyone that came to visit that day. The only issue I have is that it don't come in a variety of colors.

Great planner. Just got it for my son and the dates don't start until the first week of August (was hoping for the end of June where our other one left off). Looking through the space is great and we can fill in subjects as needed. We homeschool but I need somewhere to write the tasks my boys are expected to complete each day. This will totally do the job! Good resources in the back too.

This was just what we needed for a new high school freshman. Our middle school provided planners to all students, and trained/encouraged them to use them. Our high school doesn't provide planners and so this year I looked for something similar to the planner that helped my son develop good habits for the past 3 years. This is great because it's quite similar in format, but is much thinner (old planner had some customized content for the school). Things we like:- 3-hole punched so it can go in a binder- 2 pages for each week, with plenty of space for assignments, to-do lists and priorities- dated for the 2017-2018 school year- fill in the sections for your own courses- nice graphics- handy information at the front

My high school age son is ADHD and has a lot of trouble getting organized. We've discovered over the years that this is the type of organizer he does best with. He can see a full week at a time with room for notes about assignments, and there is also a monthly view so he can see test and major project due dates. My only suggestion would be that they have room for 8 classes rather than 7 because most high schools with block scheduling have 8 classes. But we just ended up using the small section at the bottom for band.

I've been searching for an "agenda" (as our schools always called them) or planner that was just like what I had when I attended high school and middle school. I found them so user friendly and just so helpful to plan for tests, quizzes, and homework. When I got this one in the mail from 2-day prime delivery, I was so happy. Its of excellent quality and durability. I am currently attending school to get my RN and I also have one child going into kindergarten this year and an 18-month old so I use it for many reasons, not just school. It's really helped me stay organized as well.

This is a wonderful planner for middle school students. My grandson is being home schooled this year and I am teaching his 7th grade Social Studies Class. This "agenda" allows me to see the assignments from his other teachers and makes it easier for me to not only align with Common Core Standards but also to reinforce ELA and other skill sets as they are taught in other classes. The quality of the product is superb and the format is simple and easy for middle schoolers to use. Thanks so much for selling on Amazon! I got this planner for my 7th grader son because last year his school issued planner wasn't cutting it. His school switched planners, so he decided not to use the one we ordered, but flipping through it, I am positive it would have been helpful for him. There is plenty of room for all of his classes, and he can easily see what he has to do in a week at a glance. There is also a section for weekly goals and the weekend, which would have been helpful for him. Overall, it is a great planner and perfect for the student with multiple classes. The cover design (blue, in our case) is really nice. It also seems very durable.

Huge fan of this planner layout so this is our 2nd year getting the same one! Wish more planners came with the bookmark that works on the spiral like this one as it’s so helpful!

This is working perfectly for my middle schooler. We put it inside his binder and he uses it to track homework and reminders for each class.

Love the light lines to write dates and activities on. The boxes on the calendar are nice and big. I do wish there was a pocket to put paper,notes in.

Received product in timely manner. Looks good. Takes up space with bullying info, internet safety, goal setting, study and note taking recommendations, which is a nice idea but...
