I purchased the steps for our freedom rockwood pop up camper because the pull down steps that was on the camper was to high for me to step upon because I have back and leg problems. These steps are wonderful. They fit right up to the door and are widely made to make you feel safe. They are very strong made holds up to 400lbs. They made getting in and out of the camper so much easier. Before I ordered these steps I had to use a step ladder that was not stable at all. These steps are very stable and the best purchase I have made. Well worth the price. Very easy to put together hardware is included. I highly recommend this product.

I finished the assembly in a morning. The staircase feels solid and height works with our deck. Negatives include poor instructions. One part was not listed in the guide though I was able to determine it connected the two base sections. And drilled holes had burrs which must be cleared to insert the bolts.

I bought these steps to allow me to climb onto a retaining wall in our backyard to tend to bird feeders installed above the retaining wall. The yard is steep and using a step stool didn't seem very safe. The steps are sturdy and stable with roomy panels and a comfortable height between steps. The handrail gives me extra confidence and safety.Assembling the steps should have been simple with a couple extra pieces of information on the instructions. I'm a petite grandmother and assembled them without assistance but found myself disassembling and reassembling to correct mistakes. Here's what I needed to know: 1) place the top platform and middle platform on the pedestals with holes on the front edge to attach supports on the front and 2) use the medium bolts to attach platforms to the pedestal, the short ones to attach the support braces to the fronts of the platforms, and the longest ones to attach the handrail to the pedestal. As mentioned in the directions, put all bolts (called screws on the directions) into place first before tightening them one by one.

No clear instructions, too many left over parts and hardware. I won’t buy from this company again. The cost to return item is half the purchase price. Unsatisfactory customer with an unwanted product.

Ive been unsteady on my feet for sometime and was terrified everytime I had to enter or exit my RV. These stairs with the handrail give me more confidence going in or out now. The steps themselves are a little deeper than the ones on the RV which gives me a little more solid foot space. One of the better purchases we have made for our RV.Quite happy with the purchase. Prompt service.

A little bit shaky. First set was crushed in shipping. Took a bit of time but company sent a whole new set instead of just one piece so we have extra replacements if needed. Definitely better than RV steps!

Well suited for my purposes. Easy to assemble and quite sturdy.

The instructions are not very easy to understand but... that being said once this is put together these are very heavy duty and very, very nice!
