It arrived intact to my country, without any problems. It's a super machine, fast, modern, efficient. Now I'm more productive thanks to this purchase.

I love this PC it’s quick and easy to use. The set up for me is great. I’m not real techy and usually do get by but this one is great and I do feel I got great value for the price of it.

Laptop is amazing, nice perfomance, super fast and nice storage BUT battery is a completly joke.Dont purchase this if you plan on doing long travels or remote workBattery only last about 4 hours even in power saving mode.Not sure if the battery i got is damaged but for a computer of this price to no last not even 6-7 hours i would not recommend it at allLa bateria no dura nadaaaaaaa

I had to replace my 7 year old Lenovo because the hard drive was at the end of life. I set it up and it is so speedy compared to what I had. I am pleased with it. The size is perfect and even though I am not super tech savvy, I was able to set it up following promos from the computer

The first thing I did was do a search on this product page fora backlight and up popped a review saying it had a backlight. I always buy Dells so I hit the buy button. When it arrived I tried to turn on the backlight but nothing worked yet I still believed what the review had said. So I tried for HOURS to get it to work. Impossible, of course. In the process I also discovered that the computer was extremely slow and updating it bogged down, took hours and then didn't fully update. I searched for info on how to turn on the backlight back when I still believed there was one and ended up on a site that locked my computer and insisted I not try to turn it off because that could result in identity theft and they gave a phone number to call. Oh sure. I'd never call. It was all a scam and I don't know why my Malwarebytes didn't block that site. Anyway, that did it. I packaged it up and sent it back to Amazon despite my personal info on the computer that I couldn't remove because of the scam site locking the computer. Horrible experience. Went to a local store, bought another model Dell, one with a backlight,, and it's working great. I hope Amazon refunds me for the one that became a brick.

It's fast and does what is expected but when you start a task like a download or system update there's no light flashing or bar to show the progress or that it's finished. Husband dislikes this computer for this reason. I would not recommend this laptop but I do believe Dell usually puts out a quality product. Someone failed designing this one.

Miss the touch screen, but this is a fast, bright computer. I would buy it again. Window 11 takes time to transition from window 10. But like everything about it

The memory and speed of this laptop is excellent. It makes my work much quicker and less stressful.Purchased when it was on sale, fast shipping. Arrived before holidays comping up. Although I find some of the Microsoft changes with Windows 11 and OneDrive to be confusing and difficult to follow this new Dell computer works well and helps me to explore with more ease. My only complaint was the weight, its a bit heavy to carry around.
