Overall quality is not bad
The shelves are okay, quality is moderate and they look good. The only downfall is the metal supports they come with which are made of two parts, a metal rod and a metal plate which if you put a bit of pressure on they come apart, wish I knew that before I mounted them and realised the shelves started to slowly pull forward after a week. Also they don't slide open to well, but a bit of WD40 makes it work a bit better.

Most difficult return I’ve event experienced
When the product arrived it was in great condition however, I no longer wanted them, I tried to cancel the order about 2 hours after ordering and I was unable to do so. Then when they arrived it’s taken me about 4 weeks to try arrange return.
