This bed exceeded my expectations. Our guests loved it as well. It's easy to assemble. Looks great and very well made. Came with all the pieces.

Bought this for our office/ guest bedroom. It was easy to assemble and looks great! It is sturdy and was a great investment for our needs.

I read some poor reviews but I think the instructions (pictures only, no words) were pretty clear and I really appreciated how each piece was labeled with numbers (as well as the hardware!) Honestly, I only needed a second person to help install the back piece because someone needed to push the pieces together tightly to align the screw. Regardless, I’m really pleased with this piece and the pop-up feature/hardware works really smoothly.

Instructions were 95% clear. The only hiccup was early on - the step told us to use one screw, but the demonstration image showed a different one. The correct option was NOT the one on the image demonstration.The smell took a full week to go away & some of the little metal circle things (cannot think of what they are called) were missing.You can only fit a 5 inch mattress on the bottom- I got the Lucid 5 Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress - Firm Feel with a 3 inch topper ( WhatsBedding 3 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper Twin Size ).I bought an 8” mattress for the top & “stored” the three inch topper for the bottom bed on that bed.When I have a single visitor, they just use that mattress with the topper. When I need to turn it into a king for a couple, 3 inch topper goes onto the 5 inch mattress.. making the beds even overall.I do have a divider to make it have a more flush king feel, but it’s not necessary !I just had a couple sleep on it as a king , one of them being a 250+ lb Individual & they had zero issues

I like the design, and the instructions were pretty clear and straight forward. But the wood boards broke like almost right away just from me (a 5’3 less than 170 lb self) trying to sit down on it after building it. Basically dont put all your weight down on one side/ board because usually beds like this have support beams under where the boards are supposed to go, but these boards just velcro in??? It works great but now the trundle board is broken and i had to fix it and replace the board that broke and i bought a separate support board to go under my mattresses🤷🏽‍♀️
