So i used typical house light bulbs in the garage for the last 20 yrs only switching to motion sensor as I replaced burnt out bulbs.Search to purchase more motion sensor bulbs and ran into these garage bulbs. Description and price worked for me.Wow! The difference in lighting! I can see everything! No shadows! . Had I only known earlier.The only snag was that SOMETIMES when I just open the interior door into garage one light will turn on but not the other. The other light will turn on once I have fully entered into the garage. Just thought I share so no one would think their bulb was faulty.

I really like this light but only gave it 4 stars because I want to see how it lasts. I like that you have the option of keeping it on or set it to the motion sensor. Very bright. Lights up the garage quite well. Thinking of get 2 more to replace the other lights in the garage

Both lights on my garage door opener do not work. I needed a light I do not have to get out of my car to switch on or off. The light is great, screw it into a standard light socket, flip the switch. Sensor comes on when there is movement. If movement continues, the light remains on. Great light in all areas inside garage.

In normal operation mode, they are bright LEDs (enough to light a garage well) but I doubt they are 18000 Lumen lights as claimed in very roughly english translated documentation. Motion detection would not work in low light (not fully dark) conditions after covering the PIR sensor with electrical tape as directed. Probably because PIR sensor for light levels an motion detection are the same sensor. So I had to set to switch on / off mode only and for that functionality there are less expensive models that may light better.

motion sensor.. did not work I'm 220 lb and it did not pick up movement..

We have an over-sized two car garage and these lights illuminate the entire area. They are motion sensing so we just leave the light switch set to “on” all the time. When I open the door to the garage from the house, it’s usually enough to trigger the closest light to turn on. That’s about 15 feet away. Once I enter the garage, the other light comes on and the entire garage is very well lit.These lights don’t require any wiring. They literally screw into the existing light socket like a bulb. So easy!

To activate this light , I have to be in 6 feet or less diameter . I used to have a very sensitive one , but it was broken.
